Shipping Policy

We value our customers time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest of conditions, on or before the committed date. In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, DTDC for India and Aramex and DHL Express for International shipments.

Minimum shipping time 3 days and Maximum time would be around 20 days.

 

Delivery Timeline:

Custom made orders take time to make. We workout as per your dates.
After shipping the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.
International shipping take 5-15 days in standard shipping and express shipping 3-5 business days.

Shipping Charges:

Pan India: We provide free shipping across India.
International: Shipping charges depend on location and will be calculated at checkout. (before payment you can see)

 

NOTE:
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.

If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it.
