For customers making purchases via our website.
Please read the following important terms and conditions before you buy anything on our site.

In this contract:

• 'We', 'us' or 'our' means Neel Creations, a partnership firm in India with GSTIN 27AAPFN1492E1Z2, whose registered office is at Shop 1147, Opposite Ahuja Nursing Home, Ulhasnagar 421003, Maharashtra, India.
• 'You' or 'your' means the person using our site to buy goods from us. If you are under 18 you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before you register on or buy anything from this site. We reserve the right only to accept orders from people over 18.

1. Introduction

1.1 If you buy goods on our site you agree to be legally bound by this contract.
1.2 You may only buy goods from our site for non-business reasons.
1.3 This contract is only available in English.

2. Ordering goods from us

2.1 You place an order on the site by adding your selected item(s) to the cart and completing checkout. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer. Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
2.2 Your order is placed only when you complete checkout on our website. Sending a cart or message on WhatsApp does not place an order.
2.3 We will acknowledge your order by email/SMS. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted. We may contact you to say that we do not accept your order, typically because: (a) the goods are unavailable; (b) we cannot authorise your payment; (c) you are not allowed to buy the goods from us; (d) we are not allowed to sell the goods to you; (e) you have ordered too many goods; or (f) there has been a mistake in the pricing or description of the goods.
2.4 We accept your order when we confirm it and dispatch the goods, or inform you of the estimated dispatch date.

3. Delivery and Cancellation

3.1 Please read our Cancellation Policy for cancellations.
3.2 The estimated delivery date is shared in your order updates. This is an estimate only and we do not guarantee delivery on that date.
3.3 If nobody is available to take delivery, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery.
3.4 Unless agreed otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days, we will let you know, cancel your order and give you a refund.
3.5 We may deliver your goods in instalments.

4. Payment

4.1 We accept online payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking) and PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within India. COD charges apply and are shown at checkout.
4.2 We take reasonable steps to keep your payment information secure by using an encrypted, secure payment mechanism. In the absence of negligence on our part, we are not legally responsible for any loss if a third party gains unauthorised access to information you give us.
4.3 Your card or account is charged only when the order is placed on the website.
4.4 Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for any charges your payment provider applies for paying in that currency.
4.5 If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you.
4.6 For orders shipped within India, prices include applicable taxes. Shipping is free on prepaid orders within India; COD charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
4.7 For orders shipped outside India, prices do not include import duties or local taxes, which you are responsible for and which may be collected by the courier.

5. Nature of the goods

5.1 We sell unstitched materials. We do not offer stitching, made-to-measure or alteration services.
5.2 There may be small differences between the measurements shown on the website and the actual goods.
5.3 Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
5.4 Many of our products are hand finished or hand embroidered and may show small irregularities. This is not a manufacturing fault. Fabrics such as chiffon, georgette and organza are delicate and susceptible to pulls.
5.5 Packaging may differ from that shown on the site.

6. Returns

Please read our Returns & Refunds policy. We accept returns only and do not offer exchanges.

7. End of the contract

If this contract is ended, it will not affect our right to receive any money you owe us under this contract.

8. Limit on our responsibility to you

8.1 Except for legal responsibility we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury), we are not legally responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses not caused by any breach on our part, or business losses.
8.2 Our whole liability to you in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the goods and delivery.

9. Disputes

9.1 We will try to resolve any disputes quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with the goods or our service, please contact us as soon as possible.
9.2 The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, and Indian law governs this contract and any related claims or disputes.

10. Content

All graphics, photographs, videos and text on this site are protected by intellectual property laws. We try to ensure the information on this site is accurate and complete, but we do not promise it is error-free. Any reproduction or redistribution of our content is prohibited.

11. Third party rights

No one other than a party to this contract has any right to enforce any term of this contract.

12. Our right to amend terms

We may change these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the website, and your continued use of the website means you accept them.

13. Discounts & Promotions

Discounts differ by product. We cannot offer price adjustments on items bought in a sale or on promotion. Promotion codes are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be redeemed by the published date.

14. Gift Cards

Gift e-cards can be used only on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Any unused balance remains on the gift card. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended or reissued.

15. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, transport or telecommunication failures, or government restrictions. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
